Pro Scooters Sale

Yesterday, I increased my reviews on scooters on Squidoo, by producing a post called Pro Scooters Sale.

In this post I covered the MGP VX2 Pro Scooter and looked at the differences between this and the other scooter in the Madd Gear family, which is the Madd Gear VX2 Team scooter.

Personally, even though it's a little be more money, I am a fan of the Team. It's got a one piece handle and alloy wheels.

See what YOU think!

Silver Coins Value Chart

Yesterday, I made a Squidoo lens which I entitled Silver Coins Value Chart.

This is  post about a new hobby that I am very much into.. in fact it's a hobby that I think is just about the most profitable hobby for collectors, that you can be into.

Wait for it!..

It's collecting coins of value.

For a while now there has been some debate over the actual value of paper money. Obviously the various Governments of the world are able to print as much of it as they want. That combined with very low interest rates means that every unit of currency.. call it $ for now, are actually worth less every day you hold on to them. Why? Well say interest is 1% and inflation is 2% - well your dollar is actually worth less (has less buying power - month on month)

I believe the answer is to have a holding of silver either as bullion (basic coins) or in specialist silver dollars.

It's amazing to see that the buying power of a silver dollar (worth some $30 odd per piece) is the same as it was when it was originally worth - $1 (That's because the content of actual silver is worth as I said, around $30) And,,, experts say it's only going to increase in value.

So I have a bit of fun.. I collect silver dollars, I love having them, and it looks like they will only go up and up in value. Seems like I am doing something very sensible!

Check out my squidoo page, for more!

Razor Pro Kick Scooter

Yesterday I published a lense on Squidoo for a Razor Pro Kick Scooter, and did a little bit about it.

Today, I have been asked whether it's sufficient for small children or mainly teenagers and upwards.

The answer is, as always, it depends on the child!

As a rule of thumb, I would suggest that children from around 7 upwards would enjoy this scooter. It's not a toy as such, but of course at that age, unless you are an exceptional and potential pro scooter rider, you're not going to be doing much more than going up and down!

But why not enjoy it.. if that's what you like.. just go up and down!

This is what it looks like:

Pro Scooters Sale

I created a new page on Squidoo all about scooters, I called it  Pro Scooters Sale. I focussed on the Razor Ultra Pro Lo mainly, but of course there are many other options.

What I liked particularly about the Razor Pro scooter was that it is a really well respected brand, that the cost of the scooter is easily at entry level.. and it is considered to be a proper trick scooter, not a toy.

In fact the scooter was designed specifically by the Razor pro team, and you can certainly see that reflected in small details. For example the grip tape that covers the whole of the deck, or the reinforced underside of the deck, making grinding not a problem.

Definitely worth a look, I think.
